It’s here and I am so stoked. I’ve been walking around the house for what seems like months dropping subtle hints about it (and by subtle i mean just short of writing it down on paper, wrapping it round a brick and throwing it at my dear hubby’s laptop). I finally have my new toy. My very own Bamboo fun. It’s a belated Birthday present (good job hon, only 2 months late), not bad considering we’ve been married 10 years and I am still waiting for our honeymoon.
It comes with a bunch of software including PhotoShop elements. I can’t wait to use it.
Digital Scrapbooks are on my list of things I really want to do. I’m still in research mode (sigh). I had started working on a few pages back when the Babby was born (2003) but then I stopped and haven’t gotten around to rebooting myself into creative mode. I have a ton of photos on my PC just itching to be scrapped.
Another wow moment!!!
Technically we are not at the end of the week yet so this picture could change. I just want to fill in my new catergories.

Picture this… Goggy woke up crying earlier at around 9pm. Babby is sleeping with him so i tried to calm Goggy down and bring him towards me. Instead he crawls over to where Babby is sleeping and drops his head onto Babby’s tummy. Babby raises his hand and places it gently on Goggy’s head while remaining deep in sleep. It was one of those moments that would just make you feel all warm and yummy inside. Then in true Goggy style he turns and screams.
Luckily Babby continued to sleep through that too.

Finally…
The first birthday cake I ever made, I must of spent weeks finding different versions of “cars” cakes online before finally deciding to do it my way anyway.
The first Halloween costume I ever made. Again weeks of research to come up with the best hotwheels cars I can make for my son… only to end up making it up as I go along.
The first pumpkin I carved. Did it freehand even after looking at all the variations of bats carved into pumpkins.
Heck even childbirth was something I tried to research extensively in the vain hope of finding some method or technique that will give me the best advantage. Well i ended up going with the flow there too.
So what have I learned.
There are times when I should just dive in and pick it up as I go along. I think this is one of them (and that is why I have spent the past few weeks looking into many different blogs trying to figure out which one is going to be perfect for me).
So here it is. My life.
